About the Author:
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rebecca Newbrey has a life rooted in nature: mountains and trees, moonlight and flowers, and the rain with its many moods. Her favorite person is her cat. Her hobbies are music and writing. She has been learning the folk harp since 2003. She is the author of The Straw House (an autobiography), and her poetry first appeared in the anthology, At the Edge of Mirror Lake.
