This 'story' is pure fiction; the characters are equally-pure 'TCI' - natives and ex-pat. Robert B. Cooper ('Coop') became a published author age 18 with regular features in once-popular magazines such as Popular Electronics, Radio-Electronics, Radio TV News.Founding his own publishing house in 1960 (Horizons Publications)over the next four decades his name would appear as author for more than 40 books and thousands of periodical publication feature articles (including TV Guide, Mother Earth News, Wall Street Journal).
