“Through the combination of a marvelous gift of exposition, profound knowledge of the Scripture, and a heart that thirsts after God, Dr. Raphael Thomas makes this ancient text speak with power and poignancy to contemporary believers. All those consumed with the desire to see revival our time and more importantly to experience revival in their lives, will find a great resource here.’ Dr. Dieumeme Noelliste Professor of Theological Ethics; Denver Seminary Colorado, USA "In this book on revival Dr. Raphael Thomas has skilfully woven a tapestry of the Old Testament narrative of the life and times of King Hezekiah with the life and times of his contemporary Christian Church in need of revival. Like a seamless garment he has elucidated and applied the principles of renewal and revival among the people of God then, to his passionate yearning for revival among the people of God now." Rev. Dr. Samuel Vassel, Pastor, Bronx Bethany Church of the Nazarene, Bronx, New York, U.S.A. “From his youth, Raphael has displayed disquiet with mediocre Christianity. His passion for god has led him to investigate the features of one of the greatest Old Testament Revivals. In this book he has carefully presented principles that can help usher in a revival that is desperately needed in our time.” Dr. Donovan Thomas Founder/President Choose life international Kingston, Jamaica “My experience in reading this book in manuscript form, is that I did feel the “holy fire” as I read…all who read this book will know for sure what revival means, and some may discover personally how revival feels.” From the Foreword Dr. William “Billy” Hall Journalist/Consulting Editor Florida, USA
