About the Author
Neil Scott is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a particular interest in the ways that age, gender and cultural differences affect the way we work and think. His first degree was in philosophy and history but he has studied and practiced as a psychologist for over twenty years and has lectured in psychology at Goldsmith College, University of London, UK. Dr Sandi Mann, C Psychol, is Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology at the University of Central Lancashire, UK. She delivers training programmes to organisations including the NHS and local city councils in a range of areas including stress management and anger management.
