About the Author:
Bob Keteyian, M.Ed., LCPC, graduated from Western Michigan University in 1971 and earned a Master's Degree from Cambridge College in 1979. During thirty years of developing his unique communication styles framework, Bob has presented at state and national conferences, conducted workshops, consultations, and training sessions. As a counselor and interpersonal communication consultant, Bob's focus is on promoting and developing good communication practices in families and in the workplace. He offers specialized consultation services for couples, parents, business leaders, and teachers.
