The Author completed undergraduate and graduate studies in the United States, with a specialization in chemistry. He has worked in several research projects on polymer chemistry, organic chemistry, environmental chemistry and pharmaceutical technology. He has firsthand knowledge of the principles and practices of The Modern Scientific Method. The author has had an interest in the issues discussed in this book since childhood.
