Tina Marshall started her career as an auxiliary nurse in a large psychiatric institution. She worked for several nursing agencies prior to working for an NHS trust where she qualified as an assessor and verifier. Tina has worked in a variety of settings including managing private nursing homes. She now works for City of Bristol College as Curriculum Manager for delivery of Diplomas in Health and Social Care. Layla Baker is Subject Leader in Health and Social Care and Lead for a range of courses at Levels 1, 2,3 and in Higher Education. She has extensive experience across Further Education, Higher Education, and School settings. Layla has a BA in Social Policy, Masters in Health Service Studies, PGCE in Post 16 Education, QTS and is currently studying for a Masters in Teaching and Education. She is an exstablished textbooks author as well as well as having produced learning materials for Age UK.
