With a Jon Klassen appeal, Steve Antony, a debut author-illustrator, is the one to watch. A sudden gust of wind sets off a marvellous London adventure for the Queen, the Queen's men and one very special hat. So let's follow one determined, daredevil queen through the zoo, over Tower Bridge and up Big Ben... just where will that hat land? A witty and stylish celebration of London, the Queen and the royal family's new baby. And with a celebratory sparkly red foiled cover. Winner of the Evening Standard's Oscar's First Book prize and shortlisted for the Waterstone's Children's Book prize. 'This is a wonderful romp of a read that's a great introduction to London, royalty and all that makes Britain great.' - The Sun '... this picture book is hard to beat for its sweet simplicity and charming monochromatic drawings.' - The Times

Steve Antony is a highly talented and versatile author-illustrator. He has had a passion for storytelling from an early age, but it was the MA in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge that really enabled him to channel this passion. Since embarking on the MA course, he has enjoyed creating picture books on a range of subjects from the Queen's hat to a war between rectangles and lizards! He aims to create picture books that are slightly 'off the wall', books that children will laugh at and adults will tweet about, but most of all, books that he enjoys.
