Synopsis
When someone has a loved one who dies, especially at an early age, there are often many questions asked. These questions are too important for God to leave them unanswered. He does offer answers which are found in His book the Bible. Why The Righteous Die is the result of a Bible study in search of these answers. Contained in this book are the answers that Pastor Randy Raynes found in his search to answer the question, "Why did God allow my loved one to die? While nothing cannot take away the grief and loneliness that comes when facing death, these Bible truths can be a source of comfort to those who are hurting. "It is my prayer that the Lord will comfort your heart as you read what He has for you. It is my desire to share with you what the Lord gave to me in my search to help the hurting."

About the Author
Randy Raynes entered the ministry in 1980 after attending Hyles-Anderson College in Crown Point, IN. He grew up in Linden, IN, a small farming town in west central Indiana, where he attended Linden Baptist Church. Eventually he and his family became members of Greenbush Street Baptist Church in Lafayette, IN. under the leadership of Pastor James Chase. During his college years he came under the influence of men such as Dr. Jack Hykes, Dr. John R. Rice, Dr. Lester Roloff, and Dr. Lee Roberson and many other preachers in the fundamental Baptist circle of that time. During his time in the ministry, Pastor Raynes has served in churches in North Carolina, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Currently he is the pastor of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Mansfield, OH, an independent Baptist church.
