Filled with 141 beautiful images of the plantation, the book offers a history of Middleton Place from the colonial period into the 21st century. The book replaces a similar, but much shorter book published in the mid 1970's. The latest edition gives a more in depth look into the rise, fall and rise again of what is now a treasured National Historic Landmark.
