About the Author
Anne Taintor is a relatively good girl with a slightly checkered past. Much emulated, never replicated, she first began pairing vintage illustrations with witty sayings 25 years ago, cutting and gluing images at her kitchen table. She lives in a 1783 farmhouse in Maine.
