Synopsis
This biography presents a modern-day, true slice of life in a village from the perspective of a district nurse. Come and meet the characters only a village can provide. There's Dick the retired grave digger, whose favourite place to visit is his beloved graveyard to the opinionated; prejudiced, elderly Margaret, who serves traditional afternoon tea in the drawing room whilst having her leg ulcer dressed; and ninety-year-old Kenny, whose over amorous attempts of intimacy are conducted in his rhubarb patch. There is never a dull moment in this wonderful rural oasis with the relationships and characters going on a rollercoaster of emotions as their lives mingle with ours.

About the Author
Zoe Lloyd is an experienced district nursing sister in addition to being the chief executive officer of www.beehappynow.co.uk, a stress management training company specialising in work with general practice. She lives in Sandbach, Cheshire, with her partner, Jan, and their four rescue dogs.
