Hoover is co-founding editor of Hanover Poets' literary journal Digges' Choice. He is regularly featured at Pennsylvania and Maryland venues. Serving as Poet Laureate of the Greater Hanover Area from 2007-2009, he wrote a weekly column on poetry for The Evening Sun, soon to be published as a collection.
