Dr. Pourdeyhimi is a Professor in the College of Textiles at North Carolina State University and the Co-Director of the Non-Wovens Cooperative Research Center. Over the past 18 years, his research activities has focused on materials research and computer applications. He has published over 160 technical papers and conference proceedings, and is the recipient of the Distinguished Scientist Award from the Fiber Society for his work in the imaging area.
