Michael Grossman has been a nursing leader for over 35 years in a variety of clinical settings. He is certified as a Nurse Executive Advance-Board Certified (NEA-BC) and Nurse Manager Leader (CNML). He has a special interest in leadership mentoring and career development. Dr. Grossman's doctorate is in management of organizational leadership and his dissertation research was on the impact of emotionally difficult patients and families on charge nurses. He is an expert in leadership and management whose professional life has been dedicated to building and developing nurse leaders. He has worked in a variety of roles including staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, manager, director, coordinator of leadership development, and nurse entrepreneur. What's Next (Grossman) 14 Dr Grossman is a frequent national speaker on a variety of topics including leadership, change, quality improvement, teamwork, and working with emotionally difficult patients and families. He earned his doctoral degree in management of organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix.
