Dr. Tenney's research has been published and presented on a national level. He is a former seminary teacher and bishop who is currently serving in the stake presidency. He, his wife, Tami, and their four children live in the high desert mountains of Prescott, AZ. Liz Tennyson is a fitness guru, life coach, Army wife, and Mormon mom. She is the creator of I'm a Fit Mormon on Facebook and loves to help others transform their lives through healthy and righteous living.
