Piotr Szeligowski M.S. 4th Dan has been an internationally renowned and highly accomplished Kyokushin Karate fighter, athletic master trainer, and author for over 30 years. He has pioneered a proprietary peak performance training program designed specifically for the competitive MMA and traditional martial arts fighters - MACS™. Martial Arts Conditioning System utilizes functional training principles and sporting equipment combined with technical strategies that measurably increase fighter’s effectiveness and provide a unique fighting advantage.
