From the Back Cover

"I was not surprised at all to read that some of Clara Orban's favorites are sparking wines; it matches her bubbly personality, that echoes through her vibrant and transparent style of writing: this book reads like a passionate love story . .. for wine . . .

Never feel awkward among wine connoisseurs anymore; in her transparent, vibrant style, Clara Orban takes you on a wonderful journey through the world of wine, that more than any other food has been so closely intertwined with human culture . . .
The most important message; wine is not for snobs, but for wine lovers, although some know-how might help to experience and appreciate wine in all its aspects even more. As the author herself states: 'Wine should be discussed, savored, respected, but above all shared. That, I believe, is the essence itself of passion.'"
