During Tom's career inside the corporate world, he was laid off, down sized, right sized, divested, acquired, merged, and changed jobs voluntarily and involuntarily many times over nearly three decades and for more than the last two decades he didn't have a day of unemployment during that whole time.

     A former missionary and a U.S. Marine. He has survived and prospered in corporate life, rising to a six-figure salary before starting his own business.
