About the Author

Yuri Pavlov is an associate professor in the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies in Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Bulgaria. He has received DUES from Paris VI - France, MSc degree in Automation from Technical University of Sofia and holds PhDs from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. His research has been published in international journals Proceedings of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, International online journal Bioautomation, European Journal of OR, E-learning III and the knowledge society-Belgium, Proceedings in Manufacturing Systems - Romania. He has both research and practical expertise in innovative and creative decision-making, optimal control, control design of complex systems. He is also member of International Institute of Informatics and Systemics (IIIS).

Rumen Andreev is head of department Communication Systems and Services of Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He has received MSc degree in Automation and holds PhD in Computer Aided Design from Technical University of Sofia. He has both research and practical expertise in computer graphics, computer-aided design, human-computer interactions and enhancement of resources for collaborative, cooperative work and personalized e-learning. His research has been published in the monograph Graphics Systems: Architecture and Realization, Elsevier and in international journals including the Computers and Graphics, Computer Graphics Forum, Interacting with Computers, Communication and Cognition. He is member of Union of Automation and Informatics, UAI-Bulgaria.
