JL Rasmussen lives in Salt Lake City, UT. She has one wonderful son and two beautiful grandchildren. She was raised in Vernal, UT - a rural town in the eastern corner of the state. This gave her a unique pespective. Ms. Rasmussen has been writing since Junior High. Her 8th grade English teacher saw a hidden talent and encouraged her to expand her world with words.
