Today, over 5.7 million people in the U.S. alone have been diagnosed as Bipolar. Despair, hopelessness, and thoughts of suicide are companions of this malady. Life becomes a black hole... an abyss. About the Author:
After 20 years in the corporate world and 25 more in the classroom, I retired from public life. I've set aside writing education curriculum and newspaper feature stories and have begun editing the stacks of drafts composed through the years. There was previously little time to follow through and market the manuscripts over and again. Once I had time on my hands, there were no excuses to not follow my long-time goal of becoming a published author. E-book and POD publishing has made that possible. Personally, I am a widow of many years and have been blessed with two children, grown and gone, and two grandchildren who will soon be fully grown. Although there have been other states of residence, I am a native Texan and have always returned to my roots. Travels include most of the U.S., Mexico, Hawaii, The Bahamas, England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland, where I envisioned my first historical romance novel, Shadows o'er Killarney. I hope you enjoy my work. If so, please take a moment to pen a review on my book's page. It would be appreciated. For any comments, you may contact me on the links provided.
