About the Author

Patricia Lotich, is an MBA and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality. She has ten years of Business Administration and Church Operations experience and has a driving passion to help churches fulfill their call by managing the resources God has given them - people, money and facilities. Patricia became a Christian as an adult and is committed to using her business experience and gifts to help the local church.
