Review

Students keep their guides inside their files to support their notes and reading in lessons. This is not possible with some of the large textbooks which for some can be over facing. Students use the question and answer sections for independent study. These are written with a strong exam focus, providing students with the much needed exam practice and experience of how their exam questions will be structured and marked. As an examiner myself, my confidence in the Student Guides is also enhanced by knowing that the authors of these books are experienced examiners themselves. -- Charlotte Compton, Clitheroe Grammar school * Pearl Lovegrove *
