(Appendix I); Special order of the Day De Lisle, 29th Division. (Appendix 1). The diary opens at Englebelmer on 2 June 1916. 1916 is spent at Englebelmer, Ypres, Brandhoek, Soues and Louvencourt. 1917 at Bellacourt, Bussy, Nr Crombeke, Henoville and Grand Rullecourt. 1918 at La Val D'Acquin, Brandhoek, Henoville, Borthes and Vlamertinghe. It closes at Brandhoek on 28 January 1918. Englebelmer is where it spent longest, 42 days across four separate stays, it came back to Ypres five separate times, and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 17 days at Bellacourt. In 1916 it is also recorded at Amplier, Proven, 'J' Camp, Allonville, Buire, Fricourt, Bernafay, Airaines, Citadel and Bricqueterie. In 1917 it is also recorded at Combles, Bronfay, Soues, Vignacourt, Fieffes, Lucheux, Etree-Wamin, Warluzel, Bavincourt and Feuchy.
