About the Author
James L. Shipman is the owner of the independent press shop known as Outlaw Press. Operated by a modern-day hobbit (at least he thinks he is), James is often called Shipy-spelled with only one 'p' guys, ok? James lives, and sometimes he even works (between meals and naps), in his house, producing all of these new T&T products (like this magazine). A tiny hobbit house in the side of a hill, turned into a Tunnels & Trolls Museum, and settled in a small but quaint town in the state of Illinois, where everything is always peaceful.
