Victor W. Hwang and Greg Horowitt are venture capitalists and entrepreneurs headquartered in Silicon Valley. They are co-founders and Managing Directors of T2 Venture Capital, a firm that grows startups, invests capital, and assists the development of innovation economies worldwide.
