Deep in the heart of the great oak forest a gigantic towering mountain rises above the green meadows at its base. The mountain’s snow covered peak disappears into a cluster of fluffy clouds high in the sky. The steep rocky slopes with patches of white snow resemble the face of an old warrior ever-watching for danger in the valley below. A small stream of icy cold water bounces over boulders and works itself between the jagged rocks on the path down the rugged mountainside. The stream continues to grow larger and larger, as it flows downward into the surrounding meadows below, cutting a path through the green grasses and the blue flowers blooming here and there. The small stream transforms into a powerful river, swirling and churning toward the oak forests on the far side of the meadow. The river continues to grow faster and stronger, as it enters the edge of the forest and forcefully clears a passage through the trees and over the rocky ground - disappearing into a cloud of mist and a thunderous noise of cold water crashing over a high cliff onto the boulders below. A cold wet mist floats back up the sides of the cliff and into the air. The river flows out of the boulders and mist into a deep pool of water and begins to move calmly through the old oak forests. This is Clearwater Falls - home to the Majda – ancient relatives of gnomes! The Majda live in distinctive homes built inside the bottom of the giant oak trees next to Clearwater Falls. Majda warriors move through the forest quickly and quietly, never seen, never heard, protecting the village and the different creatures of the forest. Their great powers and strength help them to fight the trolls and goblins. Some Majdas can speak to each other through their minds without saying a word out loud – some have very special powers to speak the language of all creatures. The great leader of the Majda is Sagar. Aji and Kera are Sagar’s twin grandchildren. The twins are believed to have special powers that one day will save the village from a great danger.
