Behind the Scenes with Author Matthew Van Fleet
I do rough sketches that will be used to make a working prototype of the book. The mechanics are designed in detail so the printer can make an accurate sample book. After the printer’s sample book is approved, I make final pencil sketches. The sketches are inked in black line and painted with watercolors. In the case of Dance, I combined the watercolor art with flat vector background art.About the Author
