"Duncan and Goddard provide an in-depth coverage of the essentials needed by the educator who seeks to provide learning experiences that are responsive to the need of those who see to plan and evaluate outreach education programs. Educators are guided from conceptualization and planning strategies, to implementation strategies, to evaluation and revision strategies for outreach efforts." Author: Janis L. Henderson
