About the Author
Joel R. Chipman has been involved in full-time ministry since 1980. He has had the privilege of teaching and preaching camps, conventions, and special meetings throughout his ministry. His education includes a Masters of Arts degree in Ministry from Hope International University with special emphasis in Leadership, and a Master’s degree in Business from Northcentral University.
