About the Author

Amber Mauldin is an avid coffee drinker with a sweet tooth to match. Her love of the outdoors stems from her childhood summers spent in Alaska, hiking trails and climbing mountains. Now, though much further south, she still enjoys the outdoors and loves sharing in the adventures with her husband and small children in north Georgia. She loves writing and reading, but can often be found singing, dancing, or crafting with her children. She knows all too well how fragile and precious this life is and tries to embrace each day as if it were her last.
