The death of a spouse is one of those life events that can completely derail someone from his or her life's path. What was once expected, even taken for granted, no longer exists. Reality for the surviving spouse is forever altered, and he or she can be left feeling lost and abandoned. Godwink: On the Wings of Butterflies is author Bridgette Hester's story of her walk from grief to grace after the tragic and unexpected loss of her husband. After years of wandering away from God, Hester felt an assault on her faith after her husband's passing. This memoir chronicles her journey back to God and to a life filled with love and joy. Through her own story, Hester hopes to provide others with proof of happiness after tragedy and the truth about the one true God. Godwink will speak volumes to people who have lost a mate, to those who struggle with step-parenting, and to those who know that in their heart of hearts they need to commit their lives to God" -Barbara Eubanks, author of Humorous Happenings in Holy Places, And the Angels Laughed, Laughing with the Lord, and A Web too Tight"
