“Yachting Journal of a Hebridean Sailor” by Cully Pettigrew is the printed and more condensed version of his e book titled 'Hebridean Diary of a Serial Sailor' and offers an interesting insight into the life of a serial sailor whose passion is to explore the waters around the West Coast of Scotland, one of the last unspoiled wildernesses on the western fringes of the European Continent. About the Author:
I was born in Glasgow in 1950, obtaining a degree in Business Administration at Strathclyde University in 1970. Self-employment in the fine art business has allowed me the freedom to experience thirty three years sailing and walking around the Scottish West Coast. I have started writing about my life`s experience not only in sailing, but also the art scene and have thrown in my pennyworth on philosophy and the world`s health in general. I believe strongly in one life to live, making the best of the short time we have at hand and being mindful that life`s adventure is something that should exist in the present time. This journey should not be delayed, but joyfully undertaken in a mindful, compassionate and non- judgemental way; living up to these ideals can be the challenge!
