I wrote this story shortly after learning I had MS and began losing my vision at a rapid pace. It was a scary time in my life and I wasn't really sure what I'd be left with. I transferred all my fear and insecurities to Glory Day. I became her and walked in her shoes. Fortunately, I didn't go blind but I do have severely limited eyesight. I hope you enjoy this story about a woman who never wanted to be a burden to anyone--most of all to Luke McClain, the love of her life.
