Neena Newberry launched Newberry Executive Solutions in 2008 to focus on her passion for developing strong leaders, especially women. She left a more than 16-year consulting and human resources career, and a role leading performance management and career planning for 34,000 employees on Deloitte’s U.S. HR Executive Team – not knowing the economy would tank just three months later, teaching her lessons that would benefit her clients.

Grounded in practical business experience, Neena develops leaders through Purpose, Presence & Power.
