About the Author:

Deloitte principal/partner Deb Bhattacharjee is a thought leader in supply chain strategy, supply chain planning, and inventory planning and management. He has published papers on supply chain segmentation, inventory management, and transportation.

Vadhi Narasimhamurti is a principal in Deloitte's SAP consulting practice. He is focused on helping consumer products companies reduce their operating costs and improve their supply chain efficiencies through SAP-enabled business transformations. Vadhi has more than 18 years of SAP and supply chain experience; during this time, he has helped design and implement SAP solutions globally, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, SAP EWM, SAP MII, and SAP TM.

Guillermo led the fourth live SAP HANA implementation in the world.

Tom Walsh brings more than 18 years of consulting experience in industrial and automotive industries, where he has focused on digital strategy development for companies looking to invest in digital capabilities and business models for improving supply chains, manufacturing operations and aftermarket and dealer networks. His specific areas of focus include aftermarket parts pricing, dealer management systems, and ERP value realization.
