Synopsis
In this book, the mental body is divided into time frames that process different aspects of life. The mental body is not the brain. The brain is a direct physical link to the mental body, just as the endocrine system is a direct physical link to the emotional body.
The mental body has its own specific functions in each of our systems, and it works with the physical, emotional, and soul bodies we each have. Understanding its personality and its reactions to life is made easier when we understand where it is coming from.
