I was lucky enough to be given an advance copy of this book. As an experienced hypnotherapist, I thought it wouldn't be of much help, however, I was wrong. The day after being given it, I was seeing a client for Smoking Cessation so I turned to that section and found a technique I had never heard of. It worked very well. On reading further, I found the book is well written with many useful ideas and background information for each topic. (from amazon.com)

A very easy to read book that you can pick up and read whenever you need to. Clear practical help from experts in their field. I found it validated things I thought I knew and then reinforced my knowledge. I would recommend to existing therapists and those just learning
