What a great guide put together by the author Angelina Dylon. I am somewhat familiar with the Paleo Diet as I have meddled around with it in the past, but this book really brought everything together for me. There are some great recipes everyone should try.

This is a great book for people new to the Paleo diet. I like how the author goes to explain the basics, the lifestyle, shopping tips and she also includes a meal plan! Perfect for the Paleo newbie!

This is a very complete guide for those who are starting a Paleo diet. It has the most comprehensive list of allowed and disallowed foods I have come across yet. The tips for shopping and preparation are good and the recipes look very friendly. I plan on trying the gluten free pie crust and also the clam chowder today actually. A worthy purchase.

This is a great book for beginners. It starts with an explanation of what a Paleo Diet is all about. It includes foods you can eat and foods to avoid to get the great benefit of your efforts and help you in developing your Paleo lifestyle.

So many people are not really aware of what Paleo Dieting/eating consists of. Angelina's book gives them a great start to learn about how to be healthier and happier eating foods that are good for you and will help you to loose weight.
