About the Author:
Born in Germany during WWII, Brigitte Campbell grew up in the post-war era, working in her family’s hotel and restaurant business until she got married. While raising four children, she was also the proprietor of several chic clothing boutiques. At age 40, she left Europe, crossing the Atlantic on a sailboat with her husband and teenage children. After divorcing her first husband, she married an American boat captain. Having retired as a chef from an extensive charter yacht career, she now lives on a farm in West Virginia with her husband. Her next endeavor is writing a cookbook, A Culinary Voyage.
