About the Author
Known as "The Right Job Guy," R. William Holland, PhD is a division I scholarship athlete, award-winning college professor, business executive, and author. He has held management positions at Charles Schwab, Andersen Consulting, The University of Pennsylvania and Right Management.
Holland is the principal founder of Collgege to Career Catalyst, LLC and has written 4 books on career management. The 2nd. edition of The Path From Backpack to Briefcase: A Parent's Guide, is his latest.
