Triptych, a Mechanical Romance
5-Star Review by Chris Fischer for Readers' Favorite
In a unique and interesting love story, Triptych: A Mechanical Romance, a great little read by author Java Davis, we meet Hannah, a young woman who's just moved across the country to accept a position as the manager of a newsroom. Before she even has time to settle in, she meets Warrior, an intriguing gentleman who could become a great love interest. But when Declan, her former flame, arrives on the scene, things get a bit more complicated. With work pressures building and pressures from her personal life set to boil over, only Hannah, our spunky and creative protagonist, can come up with a solution for this love triangle that is truly a unique one.
Triptych: A Mechanical Romance was a fun and funny read. Author Java Davis is very skilled at writing in sure and deft strokes, so that the reader is able to get an extremely good view of the characters, their relationships, and the surroundings without being too wordy and weighing the story down. Her characters are well drawn, Hannah in particular, and by the time you end the book, you'll feel as if you're leaving old friends. Triptych: A Mechanical Romance would be enjoyed by any reader who loves reading fiction that will make you laugh, a touch of romance, or just a great short read. It's a pleasure to be able to highly recommend this book and I suggest that you pick it up as soon as possible. I had not read any of author Java Davis' books before, but I certainly will now!
