Synopsis

In the following writings you will find repetition about the basic issues of Greed, Hatred and Fear versus Freedom, Love and Truth. While these and similar issues are dealt with in a variety of ways I can't help but feel that what's being said isn't being said enough. There are two ideas worth special attention. One is an elaboration of an old idea simplified. Instead of believing that people have a Right to Pursue Happiness I believe that people have a Right to Experience Happiness. It does no good to pursue Happiness if we are unable to attain it. While simple this is a powerful idea. It provides the guiding ideology of the Magic Web. The other noteworthy concept concerns thoughts about the ultimate purpose of Mankind. This deals with a personal interpretation of the meaning and ramifications of a scientific term known as Maximum Entropy. I agree that the material universe will be completely disintegrated. i merely interpret this to be the beginning of an Eternal Spiritual Realm, the objective of the Human Soul. While many tones run through this work it is considered to be a search for truth, that which will set us free and lead to happiness. It is my desire that these writings be used as tools for both personal and social enlightenment.

About the Author

I am Daniel Karam the author of Magic Web. I am in my early 60's. I grew up in the 1960's. Some of these writings were inspired by those times. After High School in 1970 I decided not to pursue a college degree because I was sure that a social and economic revolution was imminent. I was wrong. I've been wrong about a lot of things. However through the years I have come across some remarkable ideas. Its these ideas that I consider to be right. If they stand the test of time than I will feel that my life has not been in vain. And so Magic Web is submitted to you the viewer to see if there is validity. My attitude is that Time will Tell.
