About the Author

Born in 1933 in West Virginia, Betty Halstead Moss relocated with her family in 1948 to South Texas where she received her education and spent the early years of her life. Married to her high school sweetheart for 58 years until his death in 2010, she reared three daughters and has six grand children and two great grandchildren. Writing has been her passion for most of her life, although she only recently since retiring found time to actively pursue the profession. She resides in New Orleans.
