About the Author:

NDICHIA Tilder Kumichii is a Cameroonian visionary lady recognized nationally and internationally for her activism on gender, community development and human rights-related issues. For over 20 years, she has actively served with the civil society in Cameroon and Africa, developing policies and projects at local, national and international levels with farmers, women, youth groups, persons with disabilities, students associations, and Religious and government institutions. As a result of her excellent contributions in the empowerment of women, she was awarded a Certificate of Excellence by the Administration of the North West Region of Cameroon. She was equally recognized and Awarded for her constant care and support for vulnerable orphans and widows by the Voice of the Voiceless and STV. In 2014, the Academy of Universal Global Peace an affiliate of the United Nations and the European commission, Awarded NDICHIA Tilder Kumichii an Honorary Doctorate in Arts and Human Letters (Honoris Causa) as an outstanding recognition for her contribution to humanity as a cultural icon, human rights and women's empowerment activist; as a passionate humanitarian and creative artist. NDICHIA Tilder Kumichii also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Major in Human-Resource Development and Management, and an Advanced Certificate in International Human Rights and Advocacy, and a certificate in Establishing Global Peace.
