Do you like the foods from your childhood? You know, those kinds of foods your mother or grandmother made for you? How about a nice Old Fashioned Pot Roast with a spicy rub? Or maybe some Stuffed Peppers? Perhaps those are too heavy? How about a refreshing BLT Salad or a decadent German Chocolate Caramel Cake? This book offers 25 of my most cherished recipes along with a short story giving my own personal life experience with each one. I also offer a brief history of the origin of each recipe and some other surprises. Each of the 25 recipes have been adapted from the originals and have my own personal touch to each. If you enjoy good "comfort foods" from your past or enjoy them today, this cookbook is the one for you!
