She has studied and been certified and worked with many modalities such as Acupressure, Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor, Naturopath Specializing in Kinesiology, Feng Shui Consultant and more. Her work has evolved over the years Certifying as a Life Transformation Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, Behavioral Therapist, Specializing in Clinical Hypnotherapy; all under the umbrella of a Holistic Health Practitioner. Utilizing this amazing energetic work of the deep inner mind her discovery through this work revealed ultimately the true essence and power of who we really are and how the power of our thoughts and the truth of who we are can create and change anything in our life we desire. Voraciously reading a book posted by my friend Linda Lee. The Power and Light that is You. Such a great read so far... I m only on page 7 and she quotes my favorite author Marianne Williamson: Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It s not just in some of us, it s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
