About the Author:

Dan Siegel is a practicing attorney and law office technology/workflow consultant based in suburban Philadelphia. A 1981 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Siegel attributes his success to the mentoring of F&M Government Professor Sidney Wise, who taught him the importance of civility and compromise. Siegel, who also graduated from Temple University School of Law, wears many hats. As a lawyer, he represents injured workers, but also devotes a substantial amount of his time representing other attorneys, handling their complex appeals, serving as second counsel for trials, and defending and counseling attorneys in professional responsibility/ethical matters. In addition, Mr. Siegel is a frequent lecturer and author.
