About the Author

Terry Nager is the President and founder of Southern Capital Services, a Registered Investment Advisor, in Daphne, Alabama. In that capacity, he has helped his clients prepare for retirement since 1982. Terry holds the credentials of Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU®, and Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC®. His co-author and brother, Eric Nager, is an Investment Advisor Representative at Southern Capital and holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist, CRPS®. The published author of two other books, Eric also serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
